CANCELLATION POLICIES.

1. The client can cancel the reservation for free up to 1 day before the arrival date.

2. The charge will be made only for the first night (No Show) if you do not cancel in advance.

3. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. In case of any cancellation, a No Show charge will be made.

4. If the arrival date is changed, it must be done in writing and the reservation must be guaranteed.

5. In Pre-purchase Reservations, cancellations, changes or last minute adjustments do not apply.

6. To cancel Reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be necessary to send written support in accordance with the following:

• Flight canceled

• Accident

• Natural disasters

• Any impediment related to the holder (health)
